Annie brings more than two decades of reflexology experience to HomeStretch Health, having received her certification through the Ontario College of Reflexology in 2004.

Her practice focuses on traditional foot and hand reflexology, applying focused pressure techniques to offer a calming, hands-on wellness experience.

Annie also provides combined foot and hand treatments and heated stone reflexology for clients who enjoy additional warmth and comfort during their sessions.

Her longstanding experience allows her to adapt pressure and techniques to individual preferences, helping clients feel comfortable whether they are new to reflexology or returning for regular appointments.
