Denise brings more than a decade of experience in massage therapy, with a professional background spanning both clinical and spa environments.

Her own experiences with injury and chronic pain influenced her decision to pursue massage therapy and helped shape her compassionate approach to working with clients.

A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy, Denise has pursued additional learning in cupping, mental health, headache management, neck and shoulder care, and Level 1 Reiki.

She combines therapeutic hands-on treatment with an appreciation for how physical discomfort, stress and emotional well-being can influence a person's experience.

Denise believes in listening carefully, recognizing individual needs and creating a comfortable environment for treatment.
